Animal Wednesday - A Belated Mother's Day Post

It's Mr. Orange and his Mum, Puchinella!  You only have one Mum....and it is  wonderful if she is loving, giving and shares with you.....  my own Mum has been dead for 28 years...but she was all of those things - and I still miss her...

HAW!  A toast to the Mums who are real, full of love and inspiration!

Hugs,

♥ Robin ♥

  2. such a sweet photo. I had lots of memories of my mum recently. But also, maybe it is hokey but I feel within me is a mum who gives love to myself. The inner mum. The self-mumming mum.

  3. Had a good time with my mom - and spent time with her showing her your blog! Watched the videos and laughted hysterically at the " ring" explanation. Got to show mom that I have cultured friends who actually like opera - despite her daughters distain of the art (not really but not my fav).

    Happy animals!

You and Marja both lost your Mom's when you were too young :(
    Mother's Day is bittersweet sometimes.
I love this picture of mother and child. Now that fills my heart with joy!
And the thought of meeting you within a few days..... pinch me!

  7. Ys, KJ...Mums are special.... being without one for so long a time, and being apart from Bofie (my Furry child) has been very hard...

Foggy here - but - in two days - I will meet someone who brings the sunshine with her!

Sending you, your wonderful Mum, Stella and JB love!!!

  8. Mim, I was thrilled you shared my blog with your wonderful and talented Mum!!! I will always see her in her "Marguerite" costume from "Faust" when I picture her.

As for me being a "cultured person" - ha-ha!
But you know, I can rock'n'roll with the best of them! And...you shoud see me at a baseball game!

    Love,

  10. Dear * M *....thank you for understanding it is not always a happy, flowery day for some of us.... but, as Suki said, one must try to "mum" oneself - and as Joss said - there are a lot of Blogging Mums" who send love and hugs from afar!

TWO MORE DAYS!!!!!!! Ich kann nicht warten!

    Love,

    ♥ Robin ♥

  12. yep, lost mine 26 years ago and I also lost five babies :( God had other plans for me I guess.

I'm okay with all of it now, but I do miss my mother. I should finish that book I began to write about her.

I love the photo Robin. Good capture of a tender moment.♥
