Whew.....scrambling to post for "Animal Wednesday"! I had an exceptionally busy week at the Opera....and am heading off there again today and tomorrow. There are two large hounds who dash across the stage in "Die Walkure"....and I am on a "quest" to take their photos today - if their owner permits!
Thank goodness I now take my camera practically everywhere I go - so I can snap photos at will and save them....
I "captured" this beautiful guy in the middle of my street a few weeks ago - he had discovered some pomme frittes - and was about to move over to the curb and "dine" alfresco...
Enjoy your day, all!
Love,
♥ Robin ♥
Well, how fitting that I should be the first to fly over here!
ReplyDeleteHe's stunning, Ms. Robin!
KJ and JB just comissioned a raven painting from me. Perhaps this guy will inspire me :)
Enjoy the pomme frittes little guy!

Dear Robin,
ReplyDeleteI saw in the paper an article about an opera in Los Angeles, and i immediatly thought of you. I'm sorry i haven't had the time to give your previous post the attention it deserves, i have it bookmarked to read soon (now i'm off to bed, so sleepy).

ReplyDeleteLo - it was ABSOLUTELY RIGHT tha you "flew" here first! He's a beauty - wish I could have snapped him in flight - and he was a "talker" too! Annoyed at me when I disturbed him!

Anne - it was a "fluke " shot... he was so engrossed in deciding whether to cross over for the fries, he "ignored" me just long enough to shoot. By the time I had crossed over to photograph his eating those fries, he had had enough and left.... so, I retrated too - he returned and "dined" in peace....
ReplyDeleteLove,
♥ Robin ♥
