"Ridgies" and Cats - Animal Wednesday



I have been wanting to do an "AW" post on one of my favourite dog breeds - Rhodesian Ridgebacks.  They are exceptionally beautiful and intelligent. 
My dear friend, Marja, (beloved friend to Marianne) has an extraordinary one - Beaudor! The dog above is NOT Beaudor....but I chose this video because it shows how smart these fellows are.   Mar, Monsieur B - this one's for you! 
As for the next clip - well, I know many of you "Cat- Owners Slaves" have equally wonderful footage - but these are adorable.

    Of course RR's are smart!! Not nice of the lady to trick him, but at least she didn't scold him. (I never trick Emma, oh no!)

    The cat videos made me ooh and aah. Hard to pick a favorite! I do love the chattering pals though. And the persian who slapped his paws over his eyes. Adorable!!

    Felix oohed and awwed on that cat video!
    So cute Had to laugh about that treadmill ;)
    And yes those Ridgies tell me about them.... I happen to know the smartest one here in Holland!

    here we had a grey day but at least it was dry!
    I followed Marja's advice and took the dogs for a walk. It wasn't too bad.
    So glad Spring is nearly there where you live!
