oh-so-happy Birds and the flowers, opening up and reaching out towards the Sun!
The down-side to an early Spring is that the rain WILL return...and a lot of the lovely blossoms will be scattered well before their time.... still, it looks and feels wonderful. And..to all my beloved friends in the Midwest and Northeast, I hope these photos will add a spot of warmth and brightness to your day!
Love,
♥ Robin ♥
Hi Robin! I wish I was there, walking in the sunshine. :) I have about a foot of snow outside, which is very pretty, too. Blogger wouldn't let me visit you for awhile. He (it has to be a He don't you think?) said your blog didn't exist. Finally he decided you do! Sending you a snow cone from Merryland! xoxox Pam
ReplyDeleteAh, such a breath of spring with all that beauty! Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI remember living there and seeing the cherry trees and irises up and out in February! Even after 16 years it was odd to me, but oh so wonderful!!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you had some sunshine therapy. Oh what a year you're having my dear.
Thanks for the pretty pics. I had to be "dug out" by a neighbor this afternoon because our plow guy couldn't do much until a car was moved.
Oh, New England! I do love the seasons though, truly.
Love you LS!
We'll talk soon♥
Lo
Lovely photos. We are starting to see tree buds swelling. Feb is the month we do see things popping out. I love spring here its lovely. We are in the 50ies today. Sun is shining and it feels good.
ReplyDeleteAh, Pam, I missed you! And...yes, absolutely - "Blogger" MUST be a "He"! Ha-ha! I know it looks gorgeous in the East.... I enjoyed our few days of sunny, unseasonably warm weather (the fog is BAAACK this morning and rain returns on Sunday).....but, I miss not experiencing snow...this is my second Winter not spending time in NY.....
ReplyDeleteBut, thanks for the snow cone! Yummy!
Love,
♥ Robin ♥
Hi Teri! Glad you enjoyed the Spring-like weather! Alas, it's gone today...fog is back - 25 degrees colder.... ah, life in the Bay Area!
ReplyDeleteHugs!
♥ Robin ♥
Lo, I know there are many times you miss California.... (today, though, it has returned to fog and grey....) But, I am grateful for what we had! Glad I remembered to take my camera - so I could look at my shots and remember warmth!
ReplyDeleteHow I wish we lived closer - on one of these Coasts!!!
Love,
♥ LS ♥
Cris, the weather has been nice... today, not so much....but compared to our Blogging Family back East, we have had a mild Winter!
ReplyDeleteSending you and your Furry Ones many hugs!
♥ Robin ♥
Wonderful pictures I am happy the sun is shining for you dear. hope mother nature won't get too confused.
ReplyDeleteHere we sometimes have a glimpse of spring and then frost that is no good for the blossoms and poor birds too. Thank goodness we have a calendar and won't get surprised by rain and cold returning.
The days are getting longer here. I notice it and love it!
Today I will spend designing mandalas.
Hope you are doing ok dear and that the sun is still shining and the moon is there for you at night ♥
Have a nice Sunday ♥
