Colours - Red

The third in my *Colours* Series....  too late for Christmas, too early for Valentines.....but, last week, as I ventured out.....wounded knee improving....I encountered so many lovely *Red* sightings....  this had to be the theme for my next post!  Oooh...I hope you enjoy them!


 Early Strawberries.....  the unusually warm weather has caused many trees to be *confused*...and begin to bloom!



An *Oh-so-red* Irish Setter!  (Isn't he gorgeous!)




I came across this in the middle of the Presidio....  hmmmm..wonder how it got there...could be an interesting story!  A-ha-ha!



 Red..that belongs in the Presidio.....



EEK!






The *Red* Victorian - a great place to see old, rare movies...sadly, it just closed....

    Oh I'm laughing about the poison oak; sometime when we are chatting, I'll have to tell you as I cannot post it here! (Presidio, kids....funny!)
    Love all the reds; makes my *snow white* a little more tolerable here.

    wow - you are so observant! I like this idea of looking for colors or for themes and doing pictures. would have loved to see an old film in that Red Victorian!

    i like this series, red robin! that wreath of roses on the door is sumptuous......and so nice of the city to warn folks of the poison ivy!

    probably my favorite is the very elegant red setter - what a handsome creature!

    what a fabulous idea,this color series. i like that you've taken good liberties with the tones of red. i can imagine the fun of looking: 'i spy with my little eye!'

    A lovely tour - thank you! I love the botanical gardens here in Seattle. It's like leaving the country sometimes - the variety of plants and ecosystems, all in one space!
