"This is the violet hour, the hour of hush and wonder, when the affectations glow and valor is reborn, when the shadows deepen along the edge of the forest and we believe that, if we watch carefully, at any moment we may see the unicorn."
hiya robin i love that you have slotted in with the same gang i hang with on the blogs, and now doing our weekly 'thing's with us.cooooool. and btw you won't catch me petting cats, i am terrified of them, as i was scratched by a new mama cat when i was a child.
Lo, I joined your "Animal Wednesday" Group.... it is such fun and a pleasure to see and read everyone's posts! I have never been much of a "joiner" before....but meeting you, KJ, Allegra, Joss, Mim and of course, Renee, has really enriched my life and has helped me get through a dark chapter in my life!
"KJB", Sigh.....tell Emily she WAS right.... I SHOULD wear my reading glasses when I am in front of my PC.... that Wabbit weally is too much! But, I LUV her - and I LUV YOU! And, yes, I have a deep hope we both will come and sit in Allegra's Oasis and sip tea and/or wine.
Joss, I couldn't have had the courage to join your group without YOUR friendship.....it really means a lot to me. I am sorry about the cat "incident" when you were a child...those things do scar one inside and out for life. But, you can still appreciate cats' beauty from afar....and that is one of the many things I LUV about you.
I will never be able to listen to the Minute Waltz again without picturing this :) Lovely and just what the doctor ordered in this thunder, lightning, rain, hail - the only thing missing are the locus - kind of day. The poor tomatoes are shivering outside, and I feel like I need to knit little sweaters for them or being accused of tomatoes abuse!
Of course you and KJ are always welcome into the garden, into the house, and into my heart. Thank you for bringing a much needed smile in this gray day, hugs from here.
Hi Robin! So nice to officially meet you. :) I love the little fox and his adventure. We have them in our backyard, and once, we even had a group of kits (I think that's what they are called) under our garden shed. They were so adorable to watch. :) Thank you for visiting me, and now when I see you I will wave! xo Pam
Allegra! It is always such a great joy when I see you have been visiting! I had the same sort of day - minus the lightning! I smile visualising the tomatoes with their hand-knitted sweaters!
I am happy my little fox and his friends brought a smile to your face.
VERY cute! (Ps) Robin, If you want to fit a u-tube clip nicely onto your blog just look at the "width size" in the code that you have copy & pasted and say it says 650 then just change that to say 340 (That's what i usually do) you will need to change x2 width sizes in the code... Cheerz, luv Vicki xox
A lover of all of life's beauties - music, poetry, nature, animals, the ever-changing moon, the smell of jasmine at twilight. Thunder and lightning in the Summertime. The smell of Pinon after the rain. Running through crisp, multi-coloured Autumn leaves with my favourite Chocolate Lab, Walking in the first snowfall of Winter and tasting snow on my tongue. Believing in the power of love - no matter what...
Bravo!!!!!!!! This was delightful Robin!
