HAW! It's January's First Animal Wednesday

January 4th - and I am going to post on time!  It wasn't looking too promising though, because I have been hampered with a painful knee injury that has limited the range of my walks.  However, in a bit of sweet irony, my Ex sent me another photo of our *Child*, Bofie, which he took yesterday.  Perfect!  (Don't you love how Bofie takes the sofa over!)

I am also including two photos I took of some Ducks and Gulls on Mountain Lake,  The weather has been gorgeous and I HAD to get outdoors for a little walk.....so I *limped* there and back again on January 1st.

So, here we are....January is well under way....I hope this year will bring each of us health, peace and love.

May our *Blogging Family* grow ever closer....

Love,

♥ Robin ♥

  3. Bofie is a beauty!
They just will make themselves comfy, yes?
    :-)
    Take care of that knee.
Mine is just now getting completely better.
I really dodged the bullet, as I thought I'd torn cartilage.
Doing nothing, by the way, just squatting down to get a pan out of a bottom cabinet.Domestic stuff is dangerous!

  4. Oh no. So sorry to hear about your injury and yet you still managed to get the duck pix. Can't keep a good woman down.
I can see Bofie is a biggy and needs lots of room. Cute photo.

    Take care and heal fast.

  6. glad you were able to get out despite the pain. Oh Bofie is a sweetheart. Like a big stuffed animal. His fur is always so shiny in the photos.

Love the Tolkein poem and your wishes. That's a clever site. I went on it and tried to do up one for me but couldnt find the nice backgrounds and hairstyles etc that you have.

    be well, suki

  12. Hi Teri.... thank you for your healing thoughts! I love your *good woman* comment!
I adore the outdoors too much to stay in for long....so I have been trying to get out for small walks...(avoiding the hills when possible - although I live atop one)!

  22. Robin your Bofie looks like a sweet heart. A real lap dog, that is if you are on the sofa. :) HAW a few days late, or am I early this week??

I hope you didn't do anything serious to your knee. Nothing like being hobbled when the weather is so beautiful. Take good care of yourself.
